1:1 Nutrition Coaching
A fully custom plan built around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Covering nutrition strategy and mindset, with weekly check-ins and a progressive approach that builds sustainable habits over time. Every plan starts with a personal conversation about what has and hasn't worked for you before.
Coaching is nutrition-focused but can be tailored to specific performance goals including marathon training, Hyrox prep, and strength competitions, drawing on my background as a qualified running fitness leader and my advanced expertise in nutrient metabolism.
What's Included:
Comprehensive Intake Assessment
Every client begins with a deep-dive onboarding process covering goals, dieting history, current fitness regimen, and lifestyle. This is the foundation for a plan that is genuinely built around you rather than adapted from a template.
Custom and Evolving Macro Targets
Macro targets are personalised from day one and updated as you progress. Your plan is never static because your body and circumstances never are either.
1:1 Nutrition Coaching App
A dedicated app for tracking intake and monitoring progress, with full visibility by Lesley so that nothing gets missed between check-ins. App clients also get exclusive access to a growing library of downloadable resources and guides.
Weekly Check-Ins
Formal weekly reviews to assess progress, address challenges, adjust the plan where needed, and acknowledge the wins along the way.

Coaching is nutrition focused, but your existing fitness routine is taken into account and built into your nutrition plan. I strongly promote strength training alongside nutrition coaching and while I do not offer custom training plans, I am happy to recommend a number of tried and tested programmes that I have personally used myself. I can also build nutrition plans that support specific performance goals such as marathon training, Hyrox prep, or strength competitions.

Coaching is primarily delivered in person, based in North Austin, TX. That said, a hybrid approach and fully online coaching are also available for clients who prefer the flexibility or are unable to meet in person.

Yes, absolutely. In fact, working with a nutrition coach becomes even more important when you are on a GLP-1. With appetite significantly reduced, making sure that what you do eat is working hard for you is critical, particularly around protein intake to minimise muscle loss during weight loss. Equally important is building the nutritional knowledge and mindset habits that will carry you forward when you come off the medication, so that the progress you have made is something you can sustain independently rather than something you risk losing.
